Perfect location for Gatwick travel with outstanding food, service, friendly staff, and comfy beds. The breakfast spread was top-notch, catering to every taste. Didn't get the milk request promptly, but found a solution quickly. On the downside, an untimely fire alarm disrupted a late-night rest, but the staff handled it efficiently. Can't wait to return 🌟.

I LOVED the room service, would stay again! The view was even better in person.

We had a quick and efficient check-in experience at a hotel located very close to Gatwick North Terminal. The room was spacious, clean, and featured a comfortable bed overlooking the airport, which the children loved. Despite having to rely on external dining options for young children, we found the on-site restaurant meal to be delicious.

The room was good but for some reason there was a misunderstanding and there was a sofa bed made up in the room. That gave us less room. We didn’t arrive until after 11pm so it was too late to put it away. Beds were amazing. Sooo comfortable and smooth - like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good, with freshly cooked food and loads of choice. Too difficult to find at Gatwick North, needs larger/more numerous signs to hotel entrance. Wasted time walking around trying to find entrance, and very late at night, few people to ask. Reception kindly extended our departure time. Nothing not to like, apart from perhaps the price of wine in the bars which is a bit high. The relaxation facilities were excellent, adding to our enjoyment, and the nearby landmarks like Thunderfield Castle and TeamSport Go Karting Crawley provided great bonding opportunities for my 6-year-old son and me.

The bed was incredibly comfortable with excellent sheets, and the spacious room had a good bathroom and powerful shower. The hotel's location is perfect for early flights, and the toiletries provided were lovely. The maid service was well-equipped with plenty of beverages. Despite some initial check-in issues, the overall experience was pleasant, especially with the helpful and professional girl on reception during check-out.

I always return for the top-notch service and unbeatable convenience. The staff's directions to attractions on my first visit stood out. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, restaurant, snack bar, and more. I can't wait to return for Easter.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from more kid-friendly amenities and activities to entertain young guests during their stay.

The impeccable staff at Sofitel Gatwick made my unexpected stay due to a missed flight stress-free. Lara and Jess were exceptional. The luxurious room with a cloud-like bed and convenient airport tunnel connection were highlights. Minor key card and lift issues, early knock by cleaner. Wendy's exceptional concierge service during a London Rail Strike was remarkable.

Just stayed at a hotel super close to the airport 🛬. Loved the asian themed restaurant - food was 👌. Beds were so comfy, but missed having a coffee ☕ machine in the room. Staff mix-ups 😕.

sofitel is right next to the terminal with a covered walkway - making it super convenient for early flights. the staff were so helpful - especially lara at the reception who went out of her way to help me with everything - from room choices to making a hairdresser appointment. the room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

I enjoyed indulging in French cuisine at the Urban Café, sipping on wine and cocktails at La Terrasse, and the convenience of being linked to the airport. Plus, can't complain about a free mini bar!

Me and my friends had a blast exploring the atrium and taking selfies by the fear-inducing viewing window on the top floor. The lifts were so high and sci-fi, it felt like we were in a futuristic movie. Plus, it was super convenient being just steps away from the airport. Totally epic, would go back in a heartbeat!

One thing that could make this even more awesome would be a cool rooftop terrace or a chill hangout spot for young party-goers like us.

As an added bonus, they even upgraded us to a room with a spectacular view. the cleanliness and comfort of the room, as well as the well-appointed bathroom, made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also pleased with the hotel's convenient location, especially for those traveling by plane. We can't thank Sofitel enough for starting our holiday on such a special note.

During my recent stay at Sofitel, I was delighted by the convenience of its location near Gatwick Airport. The hotel provided a tunnel to easily access the south terminal, making my journey seamless. Additionally, the staff was amazing and very helpful, ensuring that my room and the hotel itself were kept clean and in great condition. The Brasserie restaurant offered delicious meals for dinner, and the reception staff were lovely. I also appreciated the option to leave my vehicle at the hotel for the duration of my trip, and upon my return, it was conveniently parked near the entrance. The car parking service and the customer lounge on the 8th floor were wonderful amenities. Jean at reception deserves special recognition for her exceptional assistance in upgrading our room. I had a wonderful experience at Sofitel and would highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk to the North Terminal at Gatwick airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we were upgraded to an executive room with runway views. The private lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks was a great bonus. The room was clean and beautifully appointed, and we had a fantastic meal at the Vanda restaurant.

Stayed one night to meet relatives at Gatwick Airport. Super hotel - spotlessly clean room, modern and exceptionally clean bathroom with toiletries available. Tea/coffee facilities, ironing board and iron in room. On-site bar and restaurant. Superb breakfast with Continental or full English options, cereals, toast, pastries, fruit, yogurt. Definitely staying here again. Staff were brilliant. Chatty Stan in the bar made the evening enjoyable.

The Brasserie's fried rice was a taste explosion, worthy of a Michelin star. The bed's comfort and the impeccable bathroom toiletries were divine. The oasis-like atrium bar was perfect for unwinding after a long journey.

Room service woes as I tried for half an hour to order, but the lukewarm meal surprisingly pleased my taste buds.

We were disappointed with the prices at the hotel. £25 for a child's pizza is outrageous, and being charged nearly £40 for breakfast for one adult and one child was ridiculous.
